thank you!! for the images i mainly use the '6 bit RGB' setting on this site: https://doodad.dev/dither-me-this/, or play around with the presets on https://app.dithermark.com/, depending on the page

hi! oh thank you of course you can! though I'm definitely not an expert on iframes, my only pages with frames are based on a teppy's layout (https://teppyslayouts.neocities.org/11/home) and I mainly followed its structure, so beware of that hehe
